 Note: This exhaust retains an exhaust valve so it is marketed as being able to be used with the OEM mapping.   While technically you can do that without getting any Urgent Service alerts we still highly recommend flashing the ECU to correct the fueling since it is still a dekat exhaust.  CBC Motorsports recommends UpMap/Gabro, it is the best solution to flash any Aprilia.  For best performance we recommend Gabro's map that will open the exhaust valve as the motorcycle is placed in gear.   He does have a map that retains the same valve logic as the OEM map if you prefer it to be closed at lower RPM's.   For more information see our FAQ page.
