People often wonder what exhausts will fit their Aprilia. For 2017 and newer Tuono V4 & RSV4 there are a few things you need to consider.
For the most part the Tuono V4 & RSV4 exhausts are interchangeable.
A lot of exhausts on the market were designed to fit the 2017-2020 Tuono V4 (all variants), 2017-2020 RSV4 RR and 2017-2018 RSV4 RF. Nearly all of these exhausts utilize the exhaust mount that is integrated into the right rearset bracket. The 2019-2020 Aprilia RSV4 Factory 1100 were the first to omit the lower exhaust mount, but all variants of the Tuono V4 & RSV4 from 2021 onwards do not have the lower exhaust mount from the factory. There are a few options to add the lower exhaust mount if your motorcycle does not have it from the factory. The OEM right rearset bracket (with the exhaust mount) from a 2017-2020 Tuono V4 (all variants), 2017-2020 RSV4 RR & 2017-2018 Aprilia RSV4 RF is a direct fit (no modification needed) on the 2019-2020 Aprilia RSV4 Factory 1100 Factory and 2021-newer Tuono V4 & RSV4. You can also use aftermarket rearsets, most of the ones on the market have a removable exhaust mount bracket. Another option is fabricating a simple bracket that mounts to the rear brake reservoir and connects to the lower exhaust mount.
With the updated swingarm design on the 2021-newer Tuono V4 & RSV4 you also need to be mindful of swingarm clearance. The majority of the exhausts designed for the 2017-2020 still clear the swingarm with sufficient clearance on the 2021-newer but some will not. The SC Project S1 designed for the 2017-2020 is one of the exceptions, it will make contact with the 2021-newer swingarm.
The fitment for the Tuono 660 & RS660 is simpler since these exhausts all interchange with each other.
